		<description><![CDATA[I do honestly fail to understand how anyone would put in the hands of inexperienced students the “last mile” of communication with the public. Haven’t the Police already got enough bad criticism to believe they still have chances to play with their image? 

Those university kids may have enough experience to post on Twitter and Facebook about their ramblings and party pics, but communications about a public service requires a completely different skill set that only experienced officers may have; they are the ones that should be trained on how to use the social media, leave the kids at learning their notions.]]></description>
