In some instances, such as day care, the service is currently heavily subsidised and doesn’t reflect the true cost and the Council cannot continue to afford to deliver this service using the current charges.[/show_hide] [show_hide title=”COLUMN 1″]”The changes to the charging system will ensure that they are fair and transparent and that the most vulnerable receive the help they need.
