Boscombe hosts fun run to support food banks

Despite the wind and rain many people gathered today at Boscombe Pier to take part in the annual food bank fun run.

Despite the wind and rain many people gathered today at Boscombe Pier to take part in the annual food bank fun run. The idea is to donate tins of food opposed to money in order to help people in need that would otherwise go hungry.

The food bank fun run saw it’s first event last May and it is now an annual event which organiser, Kinson North Councillor Amedeo Angiolini and The Mayor of Bournemouth, Rodney Cooper would like to see grow.
