Chasing Happiness

Running is a popular hobby and pastime. We all know it’s good for physical fitness, however, in this documentary I explore the mental side of running, as more and more people are taking up this form of exercise in order to improve their mental health.

In this documentary I’ll look at both personal and professional perspectives on how running can impact an individuals mental health.
