Two Bournemouth charities have came together to offer cookery courses in Poole.

Unity in Vision, the Friendly Food club are working with the Training and Learning Company at the Latter Day Saints Church in Poole.

The groups provide training in basic food hygiene and cooking skills over a five-week period.

One of the aims of the course is to foster diversity and integration within the local communities.

Rita El Gazali, one of the coordinators, says the course is a progression route for people who want to work inĀ  catering and hospitality in Bournemouth.
