The sun has finally arrived in Bournemouth, after the coldest winter in five years.

The Dorset beach was recently named as the best in the UK and the fifth best in Europe.

The warm weather has had locals and tourists alike heading for the sand:

The temperature is likely to dip down to 13 degrees next week.
