Bournemouth as warm as Gran Canaria

The sun has finally arrived in Bournemouth, after the coldest winter in five years.

We’ll have to settle for just 20 degrees today, but the Met Office are forecasting highs of 23 degrees on Friday.

The Dorset beach was recently named as the best in the UK and the fifth best in Europe.

The temperature is likely to dip down to 13 degrees next week.
