Poole Council cuts tax benefit for residents on low incomes

Residents on low incomes in Poole are faced with paying more council tax after a reduction in support was approved. The Borough of Poole’s decision to reduce its support will affect 3,600 residents, who will have to pay a minimum of 14 per cent of their bill in 2015/16.
