“Educated, Native and yet Traditional” is an interactive web documentary that shows the culture and the educational opportunities of the indigenous population in Maringá, Brazil from their perspective.

Although they are descendants of Brazilian natives, they are considered a minority group and still face prejudice because of stereotypes created.

Meet Arieli, Adriane, Elvira and Priscila, indigenous girls who worked hard to get a place into the university and has been working even harder to create greater indigenous visibility into the university’s environment.
