In 1988, Margret Thatcher introduced a new anti-LGBT legislation which ‘banned the promotion of homosexuality in schools.’ 

Three decades on, and the shadow of Section 28 still looms over the UK education system. 

This documentary explores how the debate around LGBT education has its roots far back in our political history, and what affect this has had on different generations of LGBT youth.
