England manager Fabio Capello resigned last night after his meeting with Football Association.

FA published a press release in their official web page last night to inform public.

Football Association Chairman, David Bernstein said: “I would like to stress that during today’s meeting and throughout his time as England Manager, Fabio has conducted himself in an extremely professional manner. We have accepted Fabio’s resignation, agreeing this is the right decision.”

After the shocking resignation of the Italian manager it is rumored that possibly Spurs manager Harry Redknapp will replace him.

Rio Ferdinand tweeted “I think we need an English manager now, we don’t need anything else lost in translation….Harry Redknapp would be my choice by a distance.”
